Affordable Travel - Lounge Access

Would you like to enjoy the little luxury of an executive lounge but don't have the frequent flyer privilege or can't afford those crazy business class prices?

Air Canada realises that there are a lot of people like you. Air Canada offers affordable access to their Maple Leaf Lounges starting at $25 (within Canada and between Canada and the United States). International destinations start at $40.

In this way you can travel on an economy ticket and still have the privilege of accessing the executive lounge. Of course, if you are on a really tight budget this will not be for you but at $25 we think this is a little affordable travel luxury!

Access to the lounge, depending on the city, can mean a number of amenities such as a shower. A shower can be a big benefit if you have been traveling in economy overseas with a connection. A little freshening up can really revive you, making the rest of the trip bearable.

The quality of the lounges vary by airport as well so make sure in advance that if you purchase lounge access the services, amenities and quality will be worth it.

Some other amenities you can expect are:
- Snacks and beverages, including alcohol at some airport lounges
- Internet access which may vary from completely free wifi to a in lounge computer access to having to pay, the latter doesn't make it worth the lounge fee if Internet access is a priority for you
- Meeting rooms
- Entertainment ranging from magazines, newspapers to television
- Comfortable seating in a more quiet environment (of course this depends on who is in the lounge at the time)

How to purchase the Maple Leaf Lounge access? You can add the pass to your booking.
Check Air Canada's website for full details of lounge locations, features and privileges.

Enjoy your affordable travel lounge access!
Bon voyage.
